Rock Coastal Therapy is a mobile pediatric practice that brings occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language therapy, and feeding therapy into your home and community. Each clinician is highly skilled, experienced, and handpicked based on their unique area of expertise. Our private-pay, family-centered model allows clinicians to maintain small caseloads, stay deeply specialized, and tailor their services to meet your family’s dynamic needs.
No rigid schedules, no one-size-fits-all protocols. Every plan is built around your child and your family.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we are glad to provide superbills you can submit to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Your child's skills show up differently at home, at daycare, or out in the community, and those are the places where support is most useful. Building everyday skills in context is where the real challenges, and the real joy, surface, where trust is built, and where progress is made.
“The therapeutic relationship is the strongest predictor of positive outcomes in therapy, and nothing builds that bond faster than working together in the real world.”
You can expect care that is neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and grounded in play, because play is how children learn, connect, and make sense of their world. We meet your child where they are, at any age, and build from there.

Hi, I'm Calley! I am an occupational therapist with a passion for pediatric care and a deep belief that children thrive when therapy is grounded in real life. I started Rock Coastal Therapy to offer families high-quality, individualized therapy that can be embedded within their existing routines. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, feeling burnt out from rushing around to therapy appointments, or seeking strategies that work at home, we are here to partner with you.
We have recently expanded our clinical team, service area, and specialty services to better meet the needs of the many families who have reached out across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Our growing team now includes a physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, and an additional occupational therapist, each recruited for their unique areas of expertise and specialization.
Every child is different, and every plan should be too. A free consult call is the best place to start. Tell us about your child, and we will help you figure out the right next step.
