Calley Rock, OTR/L

Pediatric Occupational Therapist & Founder

Calley is a pediatric occupational therapist and the founder of Rock Coastal Therapy. She started the practice so families could access high-quality, individualized therapy embedded naturally into their existing daily routines. Her approach is child-led, play-based, and neurodiversity-affirming, meeting each child where they are while partnering closely with parents to ensure skills carry into everyday life.

A Rhode Island native, Calley returned home after beginning her career in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her dynamic clinical background spans outpatient clinics, school-based settings, Early Intervention, and home visits for children with complex medical needs. She also led a multidisciplinary aquatic therapy program alongside physical and speech therapists. Having supported children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and chromosomal disorders, Calley easily adapts her approach to fit your child’s needs, whether the goal is an easier mealtime, calmer morning routines, or greater confidence at school.

Jessica Robin, OTR/L

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Jessica is a pediatric occupational therapist passionate about providing child-led, neurodiversity-affirming care with a special focus on feeding and sensory regulation. She is known for her fun, creative, sensory-based sessions that keep kids engaged while building real-world skills.

Jessica launched her career with a post-graduate pediatric clinical fellowship in an interdisciplinary outpatient clinic. Rising quickly from mentee to mentor, she became an integral clinician on her team and was selected to supervise a graduate OT student during their clinical rotation. To deepen her expertise, Jessica completed specialized training in sensory-motor feeding therapy through TalkTools, immediately translating those skills into practice to support picky eaters and complex oral-motor needs. Her experience spans infancy through adolescence across a wide range of developmental and medical presentations.

We are so fortunate to have Jessica’s energy, clinical insight, and warm approach on our Rock Coastal Therapy team!
